ABOUT ME
My practice comes to life in the peaceful world between yoga and dance—a space that blends my extensive training in both. After 15 years of ballet, I began training in contemporary dance at Chrysalide Company. Raised by a yoga teacher, I delved deeper into my practice by completing:
- 500-hour integral yoga training
- 50 hours of manual yoga adjustement
- 50 hours of sound healing
- 50 hours of pre- and postnatal yoga
- 75 hours of Mobility and Functional Movements
-Borrowing elements from each discipline, my classes help students release their natural energy through movement, breath, sound, and awareness.
I have then created the SHAPE method. A class to strengthen your booty & legs. SHAPE blends movements inspired by yoga, functional training and mobility. Using small equipment: resistance bands, ankle weights, light weights.
Rooted in my belief that everyone can benefit from movement, I strive to make my classes inclusive, regardless of any limitations people bring to the mat.
