SCULPT METHOD®

25-hour professional training designed for Pilates, Yoga, fitness and movement professionals who want to learn how to teach ALIZEE STUDIO SCULPT METHOD®.

The training provides a structured methodology covering movement principles, anatomy, sequencing, programming, cueing, corrections, class design and teaching methodology.

​

This certificate confirms that the participant has successfully completed the ALIZEE STUDIO SCULPT METHOD® professional training and demonstrated the required knowledge and practical teaching skills.

​

Each certificate is individually issued with a unique certificate number and can be verified through Alizee Studio.

Certification includes:

• 25 hours of professional training

• SCULPT methodology & principles

• Movement library & anatomy fundamentals

• Sequencing & class programming

• Cueing, corrections & teaching skills

• Movement practice 

• Use of props and accessories

• Practical teaching assessment

The certification is privately developed and issued by Alizee Studio and represents a professional continuing-education qualification. It is not a state-regulated or academic qualification and does not replace any legally required professional qualification where applicable.
