✨ CASA RESET — Workshop & Brunch join us at Surco House for a special morning designed to reconnect, move, breathe, and reset together ☀️ From 8:30 AM to 12PM, we’ll flow through a 2:30 hour inversions workshop where you’ll learn step by step how to build strong foundations, improve balance, activate your core, increase mobility, and prepare your body with smart drills all in a supportive and uplifting atmosphere.
