1. Purchase Policy
All tickets for this event are final and non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed. By completing your order, you expressly agree to these general terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation
No order cancellations are allowed, for any reason. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the date, time, venue, and any other relevant details before making a purchase.
3. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a full cancellation of the event by the organizer. In such a case, a partial or full refund may be issued in accordance with the conditions set by the organizer.
4. Force Majeure
The organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, or venue of the event in the case of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, conflicts, etc.). In such circumstances, no refund will be issued, but tickets will remain valid for a rescheduled date or alternative venue.
5. Ticket Transfer
If unable to attend, the buyer may transfer their ticket to another person, provided that the event allows such transfers. The organizer assumes no responsibility for transactions between private individuals.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these general terms and conditions of sale.
