Yoga monthly plan

Kitesurf as surf are intense sports that use the power of your body.

To get the most out of it practicing yoga will help you to get a better awareness, range of motion and prevent you from injuries by working consciously your muscles and joints.

This plan will be based on 2 type of classes: 

  • Pré session: 20-30 minutes  to warm up the body, bring mobility, do strength activation and breathe consciously. 

  • Post session: 15-20 minutes to give your body a deep Stretch, Release the tensions and work on your Flexibility 

You don’t need to be flexible to do the classes as you'll earn flexibility by practicing.
